General House Rules
Age Requirement: Franny’s is a 21+ establishment. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry at all times. We proudly support and accept the Illinois Mobile ID via the official state app.
Right of Service: To ensure the comfort of all our neighbors, management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any individual. We promote responsible drinking and expect all guests to respect the staff and fellow patrons.
Video Gaming Regulations
All video gaming at Franny’s is conducted under the strict licensing and oversight of the Illinois Gaming Board. Players must be 21 years of age or older. Any attempt to bypass age verification or interfere with machine operations will result in immediate removal and potential legal action. Please play responsibly.

The “Franny’s” name, our logo, and the custom cartoon visuals found on this site are the exclusive property of Frannys Inc. You’re welcome to share our site with friends, but unauthorized commercial use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
